Most clients find positive changes begin to take place after as few as 2-12 sessions. Together, we will set time-limited goals and create a treatment plan tailored specifically for you.

Each treatment plan is individualized to the client. Therapy is not a “one size fits all.” Together, we will identify specific methods and skills that will work for you. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy methods, as well as mindfulness-based interventions, to provide the best outcomes for my clients.
I am licensed in the state of Texas and can therefore provide services to anyone who is a Texas resident. Sessions can be held either in person, and/or via phone, email, text, and video.
